Swiss Chard | Braised Chard with Garlic

In this week’s Veg Hacks video, chef Bob looks at how to cook Swiss chard, which is the whole head of chard you’ll find in our boxes (and that people commonly mistake for pak choi). Bob makes a simple side with the leaves and stalks, but you can use this preparation method for a number of recipes.

You may notice the quality of the video isn’t quite to our normal standard – very impressively Bob managed to film this in isolation. He can add director to his CV now!
