Independence at Home

A Community Service of SCAN Health Plan 

Independence at Home (IAH) is a nonprofit, community service of SCAN Health Plan, connecting older adults and caregivers to the help they need.
Our no-cost programs are available to adults age 55+ and caregivers in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Two Independence at Home program highlights:

INSIGHTS – Mental Health Support
Provides adults age 55+ and caregivers with a friendly, trained therapist to support clients who may be dealing with mild or moderate feelings of anxiety, stress or depression.

Virtual Senior Center – Live Online Zoom Classes
Provides monthly activities and classes for adults age 55+ and caregivers, all at no cost. To see the current list of offerings visit the “Calendar” section of our website.
